With only three weeks to go, the Speak First team are very excited!
On the 19-20 October 2016 we’ll be exhibiting at the World of Learning exhibition in Birmingham, UK and meeting with L&D and HR professionals from all over, some who we know and those we don’t.
It’s obvious why we’re looking forward to it, and here are 3 reasons you should be too – and what you can expect to see from us this year.
Of course we aim to give you an understanding of what we do, but what about you and your company’s needs?
We want to understand your ideas and requirements, and advise you by sharing our knowledge and expertise as one of only a handful of truly global and flexible training providers.
We want to give you some clarity on how we can help and the steps to get your people where you’d like them to be. One of the ways we’ll be doing that is by using our behavioural styles model, “What Animal are you?” quiz – you’ll be able to learn more about your own style, other styles and how to adapt your communication to be more successful. It’s a quick quiz which is great fun and very insightful.
2. AUTHENTICITY – ARE WE THE REAL DEAL?
Any organisation can say they’re a great learning provider, though when it comes to it how can you be sure they’ll deliver on what they promise?
Our Managing Director, and Senior Trainer, Amanda Vickerswill be delivering a free learning seminar on Taking an innovative approach to virtual learning at 1.45pm in Theatre 1. This is a great opportunity to get a realistic perspective of our innovative learning solutions and the quality of our delivery, and gain confidence in partnering with us.
3. Meet the team
Meeting exactly who you’re working with is a rare and invaluable opportunity. You get an insight into the type of person working with you and form a genuine relationship with an individual, rather than a voice over the phone. Not only that but you also get to know the company dynamic and culture, and through that see our genuine passion for what we do.
Come and join us at stand D180. You can arrange an appointment with one of our team members at a time that suits you, or come and introduce yourself on the day.
