Effective workplace learning should be proactive and lead from the front, this means L&D professionals always need to stay ahead of the game by knowing what’s coming next. This is why, for the third year in a row, we’re starting the year by taking stock and doing our best to predict the upcoming trends in the Learning and Development industry over the next 12 months.
